Happy travellers
This review is long overdue, but it has been a couple of months and I'm still talking about it! From start to finish, Chef Jimmy created a wonderful experience. the wineries he partners with were so friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint (not really a complaint), I wish there was more food to eat because it was all so good! Also for the long journey, Chef Jimmy plays a game of spotto kangaroo. Don't miss out because I'm still enjoying my banana rum butter. Highly recommend.
My family and I loved this trip from beginning to end. It started off early at the fish market where the seafood used later in the day was purchased. Next, we stopped at a lovely park on the way to the wine country where our guide/chef Jimmy prepared a delicious breakfast and then taught us how to make sushi--delicious! Once in the wine country, he selected three wonderful wineries for our wine tasting and prepared the perfect food to pair with the wine. Jimmy's careful planning and delightful personality made the day perfect and one we will long remember from our trip to Sydney!
We had such a fun, and delicious!!, day in the Hunter Valley with Jimmy! He prepared a wonderful selection of foods that paired perfectly with his Hunter Valley wine tour! Jimmy’s care in creating great parings for a memorable and unique experience has been a highlight of our time spent in Sydney!!
Amazing experience. Jimmy was terrific and made the whole experience way better (especially with his 5-star cooking skill!). Worth every penny! Would love to go for another one sometime in the future.
